Today we want you to take another look into the handout in order complete it futher for you. If you still face some small gaps to fill out, please try to do so.

Now let’s take a special look at your notes for drinking water. As you probably already noticed, each drop stands, for 250 ml. Now you can calculate how much water you drink during the day.

Until now, we had not yet determined the exact amount of water to drink, but had only entrusted you with the task of drinking 1 – 2 glasses of water in the morning. However, as from today on you should increase the quantity of your drinking.

Fluid is important for the body so that it is optimally supplied and pollutants can be removed quickly and smoothly.

Task:

Try to drink 1.5 – 2.0 litres of still water daily from today on.

From our own experience we can tell you that it is quite difficult to get this amount at the beginning. Also it makes no sense to drink as much as possible at once. The best thing for you will be to take the amount spread over the day.

Also try to drink other drinks as few as possible and avoid soft drinks and too much coffee (max. 2 – 3 cups).

In the mornings and afternoons you can of course treat yourself to a cup of coffee, but in between we recommend drinking a herbal tea and as much pure water as possible.
